part 2 = Inna Segal - Victim Consciousness

idea of the mudra to let go of your physical and emotional weight...

#digestive issue, #constipation

If you suffer with digestive issues or constipation you may need to explore what events or experiences in the recent or even long gone past have hurt you and made you feel like you have to protect yourself from the outside world. This could be as simple as someone pushing you out of their way while you were walking, on a day when you were feeling extra sensitive and vulnerable, or it could be a death of a loved one, an accident, a divorce or a big loss which occurred many years ago etc. Whatever it was, it activated a sense of being unsafe.

You may need to take time out to nurture yourself and focus on creating healthy boundaries and inner sense of safety.

You may also be stuck in an outdated limiting point of view which no longer serves you….

#Healing headaches and migraines

Most of us already know that stress, tension and toxicity play a huge role in creating headaches and other pains in our bodies.

Below are a few of my discoveries of what changes you need to make in order to let go of headaches.

If you suffer with migraines or headaches you may need to explore what your personal boundaries are like. Are you able to say yes and no when it is appropriate? Do you feel like you are constantly experiencing inner conflict and conflicting circumstances where you feel overwhelmed by how much you have to do? Are you willing to give yourself time to rest, heal and grow?

You may feel a need to be heard and acknowledged but keep a lot of what you are thinking and feeling to yourself, until you get pushed too far and erupt. Share before this happens.

If you have experienced emotional or physical abuse in the past you need to work on releasing this trauma.

Be aware of trying to please others and also getting involved in other people’s business which has nothing to do with you!

Please share this with anyone you know who suffers from headaches.

Whilst there are many processes you can do to help with headaches including working with Blue rays, the biggest thing is to release the tension from your inner organism.

BLOOD

On a mental and an emotional level in order to heal blood problems you may need to work on: releasing deep inner resentment, unhappiness, rejection, guilt and shame and coming to a point of real forgiveness for yourself and those who hurt you. If you or someone you know suffers with leukemia then you may have to heal some deep trauma, this could be personal from abuse or ancestral. (For example if there are members of your family who have gone through the war and have not emotionally processed their pain and trauma, it will energetically be passed down to other family members, fester and eventually either weaken them greatly or turn into mental, emotional or physical dis-ease, unless you work on letting go of the fear, injustice and woundedness etc.)

I know a lot of people are struggling with issues with their THYROID!

Your thyroid is responsible for almost all metabolic processes in your body.

Thyroid issues can cause you to gain weight, feel anxious, have difficulty concentrating, experience constipation, high blood pressure and a host of other symptoms.

On a mental and emotional levels in order to improve your thyroid you may need to work on: Releasing numbness, re-connecting to your life’s purpose. Expressing yourself wisely rather than holding back. Pleasing yourself instead of constantly trying to please others. Letting go of carrying other peoples burdens’ and worries. Working on your concentration. Exploring healing with colour red to gain some more energy! Working on being more grounded and creating more equanimity in your inner life!

What happens when you carry guilt inside your body?
Guilt - allows you to be easily undermined and manipulated by others. It leads to self judgement, criticism and loss of energy and power.
When you feel guilty you start to give yourself away and constantly self punish.
Guilt also encourages people to do the very thing that they feel guilty about, like overeat or continue to give into addictions.
This can also lead to self hatred and burn out, exhaustion and pain.
On the physical level it leads to hip problems, migraine, weight issues, venereal disease, osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, insomnia, sinusitis, impotence, hernia, and heart disease, digestive issues.

Guilt is one of those feelings many of us have experience over and over again.
We feel guilty when we eat sugary sweets or junk food (which by the way only makes us eat more of it), we feel guilty when we don't give our best self to our partner or children, we feel guilty when we don't exercise, when we spend money on ourselves, when we give ourselves time, when we are dishonest and the list goes on and on...
Guilt is one of those emotions which literally simmers inside your body and eats away at your liver, intestines, lungs, pancreas and heart. It also creates constant self sabotage and even more than that, self punishment.
Self punishment often leads to self hate, and self harm. This self harm can show up in many ways including sickness, addictions, pain, negativity, holding yourself back etc.
When we have the courage to let go of what is not working in our lives - we start to release the heaviness which weighs us down and open doors to a new level of wellbeing, creativity, opportunities, self love and connections.
Whilst I definitely know how challenging it is to be honest with yourself and take steps forward I also believe that there is a divine timing and purpose for every experience and if you dare you may grow in a way you have never expected.
ACCABLEMENT

Do you feel weighed down in you life by too many responsibilities?
Are you constantly under stress or strain?
Do you say yes to things when you really mean no, and hold yourself back from things which are truly meaningful to you?
When you feel weighed down mentally, emotionally and energetically you often start to carry weight inside your body.
This weight can show up as strain inside your shoulders, difficulty with breathing as well as your body putting on physical weight, which can make you feel stuck and frustrated.

What thought patterns weight you down?
What hidden emotions are most likely to make you carry weight?
Which parts of your body are the most vulnerable to you causing you to create protective mechanisms that numb you and create stagnation?
Even if you don’t carry physical weight you could be carrying emotional burdens which are slowly killing you.
What it means to carry energetic weight and how it impacts you.
How what your ancestors didn’t deal with, could be affecting you and your children.
# your body - weight - and a new perspective 🙌
For so many of us, the first thoughts when we think about or look at our bodies in the mirror are critical. Many of those thoughts are connected to our weight and the size of our bodies.
This can often cause very deep feelings of self repulsion, rejection, frustration, anger and guilt. All of these eventually consciously or unconsciously lead to self harm and illness.
Most of us have not been taught how to care for, appreciate and be kind to our own bodies. On the deepest levels its because we don’t see the Divine essence within our physical bodies but only the material parts, that we judge.
Consider, How you would experience yourself if you could see your physical body as the most incredible, Divinely and perfectly designed part of you, which houses your soul? From that perspective - what food, drink, thoughts, feelings even relationships would you entertain?
On the deepest level when you let go of the painful, experiences that have caused you to feel unsafe, thus put on the weight and start to create healthy boundaries and begin to love your self and your body consciously the weight starts to dissolve with a lot more ease because you become ready to show more of you. (A student yesterday on one of my coaching calls said she has lost two dress sizes from doing the emotional work with me.)
However, from a lot of research I also believe that some of us have certain temperaments which are part of our karma - ie phlegmatic - connected to the etheric body where letting go of what weighs you down becomes your life’s theme.
If we can truly understand ourselves then we can be more gentle with our bodies and focus on inner wellness, kindness and self love as opposed to self judgement, comparison and harshness.

Are you ready to start to review your life and to recognise what is not working for you and what you are truly ready to let go off?
In this FREE Webinar some of the subjects we will be exploring are:

Meditation.

I'm about to start my daily meditation on a crystal. This is a powerful exercise to develop your concentration abilities and clear thinking as well as release anxiety and experience more peace and security! If you practice it for a while your decision making capacity will improve dramatically!
It also starts to open up your intuitive abilities and your heart chakra and much, much more.
I absolutely love this exercise and it is a part of my daily practice.
What you do is take an object - any object. Give yourself 2-5 min, ideally you can get to 20 min eventually.
Focus your attention solely on the object. All your thoughts need to be generated from the object and have to be objective. Ie - if I'm working with the crystal I think about the colour, the weight, what lines I see, what it's used for, where it comes from etc. I don't include any personal feelings in this. If my mind wonders I bring it back to the object.
When I finish the exercise. I focus on the top of my head and allow myself to feel some energy and then with my consciousness move the energy down to the back of my head while focusing on feelings of peace and security!
#Exploring Ancestral impact (this post is long, heavy, confronting but vital, so only read if you are ready!)
This is such a difficult thing to truly explore as it’s so so confrontational to truly see how we have taken on both positive but in particular, let’s call them shadowy, unrefined aspects of our parents behaviour.
What’s most interesting is that even if you haven’t spent much time with a parent - you could still be acting out their behaviour unconsciously.
And sooo much of it can be unconscious-especially if you lived with them. It’s also often not the obvious parent - who you may consider hurt you the most, whose behaviour might be ooozing out of you.
(Some of those behaviours could be: being pushy and controlling, needing to be right, manipulative (without realising how), needy and playing the victim, feelings of being trapped, unseen, misunderstood, absolute lack of boundaries and respect for self and others, constant worry about things which don’t matter. A constant state of tension, fear of taking steps forward and changing, guilt, regular self sabotage or procrastination, lack of thinking about what actions could be healthy and what could be hurtful.
Treating your partner, children or people close to you in a similar manner (even though you think it’s different) like your parent(s) did. Recreating from one perspective or another the home environment you had when you were younger - but in particular how you felt in this environment.)
Carrying deeper feelings of lack of self esteem and love similar to your parent(s). Creating similar money situation or if it’s different could become either totally obsessed about money or spend it without thinking about it Etc... many variations of this.
Doing what you consider to be different, only to realise it’s the same.
The next one is one of the most difficult to see or understand- being selfish and extremely self focused because so many aspects of the inner child are still unrecognised and hidding this part by constant overworking or overdoing things for other’s but - energetically creating a feeling that I’m the way that I am, take it or leave it and I will hold onto this damaged part and spend most of my time focused on how and why things are not working for me - which leads to you trying to control everything in your life to make you feel better- it’s a never ending cycle of me, me, me and I need help and attention because I was hurt in the past and I’m still hurting so it’s about me. (This can also manifest in all sorts of body issues, weight issues and self hatred, covered up by wanting to look good and young).
This self focus can have many levels and make people constantly recreate a situation where others feel sorry for them and want to help or save them.
I can go on and on, but what I’m really saying is that - healing and transformation has soo many many layers and to truly make progress you need to understand that this is not a band aid, quick fix process but a process of first and foremost learning to become more objective rather then judgemental about yourself and slowly and consciously start to work on (I’m going to use me favourite word,) refining the parts of yourself that need to be worked on. No one, can do this for you and as it takes quite some time - my suggestion is to start slowly and gently to create a picture and a feeling how you would love to be and recognise with acknowledgment every time you took hold of an old pattern and didn’t allow it to act out but consciously chose something different!
(I.e - you really wanted to say something hurtful to your partner who did something different to what you wanted them to do but you breathed through it and chose to be kind instead!)
This is progress. Obviously every situation is different but you can only change when you have clarity about what kind of a person you would like to be!
I hope this gives you some ideas. This one is a big job but truly allows you to recognise- who am I naturally if I didn’t take on my parents patterns. Sometimes it can take years to unravel who you actually are deep within- and often you will find yourself surprisingly different to the roles you took on!

When we carry low self-esteem and unworthiness, the body tends to break down, which can lead to acne, weight problems, diabetes, genital herpes, ovarian cancer, scleroderma, ulcers, warts and memory loss.
Below is a process you can use to release low self-esteem and unworthiness.
Place your hands on the part of your body where you feel unworthiness most intensely. Breathe into the area for a few moments, while allowing any emotion to rise to the surface with little resistance. Then relax your hands.
PROCESS
Say: ‘Divine Healing Intelligence, using the orange-red flame of purification please dissolve all thoughts, feelings and experiences of unworthiness and low self-esteem. Help me to release all victim consciousness, limitation, fatigue and stress from my body, mind, emotions and energy field. Melt away any hardship, difficulties or criticism that I have attracted and bring back my confidence, faith and inner power. Thank you.’ Repeat the word ‘CLEAR’ several times until you feel lighter.
Observe the orange-red flame move through your body, mind, emotions and energy field and begin to dissolve all negative thoughts, words, feelings, memories and images of unworthiness, low self-esteem, victim consciousness, fatigue and hardship. (From The Secret Language of Your Body, by Inna Segal)

The shadow is the aspect of you that you try to deny, hide and suppress. It's much easier to see it in others than in ourselves. However this is what holds you back the most, creates fear and sabotages your progress. It's so easy to think, 'I've worked on myself, I don't need this!' Yet if we were honest most of us wish we were in a different place in our lives. We may prefer to have a better relationship, lose the weight that has been holding us back, create a different work opportunity, improve our health etc. Most of us don't realise that unless we connect, explore and embrace the shadow we will never experience true progress and own our light. So the question is: Are you courageous enough to confront your shadow and take full responsibility for your life? Have you had enough of mediocrity and stagnation? Are you ready to shine?

When we have the courage to let go of what is not working in our lives - we start to release the heaviness which weighs us down and open doors to a new level of wellbeing, creativity, opportunities, self love and connections.
Whilst I definitely know how challenging it is to be honest with yourself and take steps forward I also believe that there is a divine timing and purpose for every experience and if you dare you may grow in a way you have never expected.
When I first started teaching healing work. My main interest was in helping people realise that they had the power to understand and heal their ailments.
Over the years my focus has changed to understanding ourselves and how our life experiences, and in particular hardships are an important part of our destiny. When we become aware of this on the deepest levels, then we no longer want a band aid solutions or an instant ways to get rid of our challenges. Instead we start to approach the difficult in a different way by exploring many points of view and embracing those that can move us forward. We look within, transform our old story away from losing our energy, our strength, ourselves, into a story of evolution, inspiration, expansion, and profound open heartedness.
This open heartedness and trust in the Divinity of life, does not come from naivety or lack of discernment , but precisely, wisdom that only comes through experience and a willingness to learn about our true soul/spirit nature.
Our souls have been starved of its spiritual nourishment. So many of us have mainly been fed materialism and a materialistic point of view on our spiritual nature. This leads to major confusion and soul sickness, which appears as a multitude of mental, emotional and physical conditions.
Each day, each moment is an opportunity to progress. A possibility to overcome an aspect of our lower selves and let it be reborn into something new and awakened.
This requires us to develop an open but a discerning mind. It requires us to be willing to think new thoughts, experience new feelings and adopt new behaviour.
It requires effort and stretching and a deepening of soul and a profound discovery of what is your soul and its spiritual home.
Yet if we didn’t do this work, what would be the point of life. When you take your last breath would you want to look back and feel like you have really used your life to grow or spent it feeling like a victim. Would you want to enter the spiritual world energised, enriched and prepared or weakened, limited and numbed?

14-15-16 August replay 9 pm probably 22 pm for Continental Europe

Day 1 we focused on understanding and befriending the body, being honest, acknowledging what it stores, and starting the journey of healing.

Day 2 you were introduced to 2 of the 4 archetypes then guided to release massive amounts of trauma, stuckness, and fear in yourself.

Great sessions.

When dealing with back issues, we need to look at our beliefs about ourselves and our capacity to attract, co-create, succeed and feel fulfilled in the outer world. We also need to explore how we carry the world on our shoulders, distrust, hold on to guilt and resentment, worry about survival and paying the bills.
Furthermore when it comes to your lower back in particular, we need to look at past trauma, abuse and lack of support. This type of deeper exploration also offers us an opportunity to connect with our inner child and heal lots of past pain.
If you are ready to delve deeper you may be interested in joining me tomorrow in my coaching session as I explore how we can work with our upper, mid and lower back, release lots of stuck emotions and be-friend our bodies and move towards becoming pain free.
I feel that we are at a time when connecting to, understanding and working with your body is imperative in order to stay both healthy and sane.

What can you learn from your sinuses?
When you are connecting to a particular part of your body, you can begin asking questions that lead to deeper wisdom and healing, based on the role that part of your body performs.
For instance, did you know that, on the physical level, sinuses filters and add moisture to the air that we inhale, have the capacity to absorb shock during trauma, and allow for voice resonance?
On an emotional or psychological level, you can start to experience problems with sinusitis, blocked nose, or even a runny nose when you deny your intuition or interfere in other people's
affairs, gossip, judging, and criticizing.
You can start to tune in by placing your fingers on your sinuses, gently rubbing that area, and asking...
In what way am I critical of myself?
How does this criticism impact my life? What does judgment stop me from doing that I would love to do?
Take some time to journal, to gain answers to those questions.
Once you have, ask, how can I be more kind and loving towards myself?
Do you want to know more?
Please join me as I help you navigate your journey from chaos to truth and learn the deeper wisdom your sinuses, ears, and throat have to offer you, during this volatile time.
